- Return Policy: Si no estás satisfecho con tu compra, puedes devolver los productos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción. Los productos deben estar sin abrir y en su empaque original. Si tu motivo de devolución es debido a que, no has recibido tu orden dentro de un lapso de 65 días hábiles. Pasará a ser analizado tu caso por nuestro equipo de servicio al cliente, si la falla es una demora en envío recibirás un reembolso del 100% de tu compra. Por otro lado, si el tiempo de espera depende de agentes terceros ajenos a Xtralife, debemos primero recibir el paquete en nuestras oficinas, para posterior realizar un proceso de reembolso parcial o total, según el tiempo de espera (superior a 65 días hábiles/total) o (inferior a 65 días hábiles/parcial).

- Delivery failure: If the address you provided when placing your order is incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable for reasons beyond Xtralife's control, you can request: a partial refund of your order or a $5 processing and reshipping fee for your order. The company will not assume new shipping costs to deliver the order.
